Conference Center

550 West Washington offers a newly built Conference Center for tenant rental. The Conference Center is located on the 9th floor and includes a fully equipped, built-in AV System enabling conference calling, WiFi, and laptop plug-in. The conference center includes a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and ice maker, perfect for serving food during meetings.

Reservations can be made in the Tenant Request Service Portal.

Security

550 West Washington provides on-site Security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, the Security staff uses a closed-circuit television camera system with digital video recorders and anti-intrusion barriers to protect the exterior and interior of the building. Electronic card access is utilized at the lobby turnstiles, and building perimeter points and elevators after hours.
